Privacy policy

Effective October 31, 2026. This policy covers OmniCSH (omnicsh.com), published by NautiSignal, LLC.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: name, email, phone if given, boat details and your message, plus the page you sent it from. Marketplace listings also store what you enter about the unit. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address to stop spam; we can't reverse it.

How we use it

To answer your request, and when you ask for a quote or installer, to pass your details to the one dealer we recommend for you. Newsletter addresses are used only for the newsletter. We don't sell personal information.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the United States, and delivered to us by email. The site is hosted on Vercel, which provides privacy-friendly page analytics without cookies.

Videos

YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.

Your choices

Ask us through any form on the site to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the newsletter.
