This forum is for anyone who runs, installs, is shopping for, or is just curious about Furuno omni sonar.
How it works:
1. Pick a display name and give an email the first time you post. Your email is never shown.
2. Every post is checked automatically for spam before it appears. Most posts go live within seconds. A few are held for a person to review.
3. New questions get a first answer from the OmniCSH Assistant, an AI that answers from Furuno's published specifications and the lessons on this site. Its answers are labeled. Owners, captains and installers usually know more, so please add what you've seen on the water.
Ground rules: be useful, be civil, no selling in threads (use the marketplace), and no posting other people's private information.
New to omni? The lessons at omnicsh.com/learn are a good place to start.
